Photographer/Chief Judges of UWPC
Mr. Richard is known as the Winner of Underwater Festival 2012, member of the CPA and the China Art Photography Society, as well as the director of the Beijing Photographers Association and used to work in a worldly famous advertising company. He also acts as the moderator of many tourism and diving websites. |

Mr. Gao Qiang, China
Scuba Diving Professional/Instructor
Mr. Gao Qiang is pioneer diver in China, he is also the technical diving consultant in China Underwater Association (CUA) and professional leader in China Scuba Professional and Educational Syetm commitee. Mr Gao is still very active in diving activityies and very concern about the diving safety issue in China diving development.

Mr. Enzo Chen, Taiwan
Photographer/Founder of Enzo Marine Diving
Mr. Enzo has been taking pictures underwater since 1990. He has provided content for a number of magazines and underwater journals, sharing his skills, expertise and his technical knowledge of equipment. Enzo is especially masterful in his use of lighting and composition. Through his lens, creatures of the deep take centre-stage, their unique, captivating and endearing characters revealed as they are thrown into sharp relief. |

Mr. Edward Lai, Hong Kong
Photographer/Owner of Nauticam
Mr. Edward was the chairman of Hong Kong Mold and Die Council from 1993-2003. He used to work with clients like Nokia, TRW, Gillette, Barun etc. After the establishment of Nauticam, with the mission of providing the most ergonomic and robust UW imaging equipments, he personally do testing to all the different range of housings made for various camera brands. Edward started diving in 1997 and he is passionate about the beauty underwater and marine conservation. |

Dr. Fred Song, China
Technical Diving Professional/Instructor
Dr. Fred is doctor of philosophy major in management and tourism and coral reefs protection, he is also the SDI, TDI, IANTD and PADI diving instructor, and translator of ERDI Chinese version material, lately he is passionate to SCR and CCR (Rebreather System). He do a lot of cave diving and wreck diving, Dr. Fred has more than 5000 diving logs and the deepest records is 148 meters |

Mr. Alan Lo, Hong Kong

Alan was graduated from Central Saint Martins College of Art & Design, London, UK. in 1992. He is specializes in commercial photography, creative portraits, and underwater photography. As a commercial photographer, Alan expresses his passion and curiosity to the underwater world through his multi-faceted approach to photography originated by his innovative and artistic interpretation of life, people and nature. |

Mr. Gary Sun, China
Photographer/Instructor
Gary Sun is China's first RAID closed circulatory and respiratory systems instructor trainer officer. He is also the NAUI Diving Instructor, a registered China Underwater Association diving instructor, and executive director of Administration of Ocean and Fisheries of Guangdong Province. Gary has many years of underwater photography practice, with good international and domestic diving and travel experiences. His photographs always publish on media websites, magazines and newspapers. |

Dr. Shaowen Lin, USA
Entrepreneur/Explorer/Ice Diver
Dr. Shaowen in his early days studied in Norway for a Diploma in Nutrition and in the UK for a PhD in Food Science and Nutrition. He also did Post-Doctoral research in the US. He is also a successful entrepreneur, a real diving enthusiast. Shaowen started diving because he wanted to see great white shark, he challenged many dangerous places for diving, therefore, he was called as "Crazy Diver" in his diving circles. He repeatedly diving in the north and south poles, and successful earned the First PADI Specialty Ice Diver Certification. |

Mr. John Fang, Taiwan
Scuba Diving Professional/Instructor
John is a PhD candidate, specializes in research of leisure industry and business administration. John is recently holding the position of the Regional Office Manager of TDI/SDI/ERDI in Taiwan, John is very skillful instructor for SCR and CCR, Advanced Trimix, and Cave Diving. In Taiwan, he is also the public safety diver instructor trainer for the Fire Agency, Ministry of the Interior, specializes in Taiwanese firefighters training for underwater rescue and recovery. |

Mr. Patrick Ong, Malaysia
Photographer/Writer
Patrick Ong began his love affair with the ocean after getting his C-card in 1997. His fascination with the ocean got him interested in photography and it is this commitment and passion with the sea that kept him diving for the last 17 years. Being a charismatic individual, he influenced and encouraged friends around him to take up diving; educating people about the marine environment and the need for conservation through photos. |

Mr. Yorko Summer, Taiwan
Photographer/Writer
Yorko Summer is a Taiwanese well-known underwater photographer. His multi identities including senior diving instructor, travel journalist, and photography lecturer has recently honored him to be invited as the judge of many international underwater photo contests. Traveling around the countries and tropical world, he is fascinated with shooting colorful underwater ecology and splendid human cultures beyond the horizon. |
